I started my new job 2/23/2009. It actually went quite well. I really enjoy it. At this point, anything was going to be better than SHPS, but it was a pleasant surprise that I actually enjoy going to work now. Not sure if I have ever had that feeling. It's crazy how much of a difference it makes on your mood when you actually enjoy your job. Although, things are still quite hectic I don't have that work related stress anymore. At least I should have a bit of a reprieve from it. I'm sure I will eventually find something I don't like about this job, but at the moment definitely not complaining.
We also found out that we are finally going to be moving into our first home at the end of June. It is a pretty 4 bedroom house with a fenced in back yard. Perfect for the little ones. I adore this house, and don't think I will ever want to move out. It is located right in La Grange, so won't have to move far. I am just excited to be able to finally create my "princess" her princess room. I am going to decorate it in the Disney Princesses theme. I can barely wait. Haven't yet decided about David's room yet. We have alot of Disney Cars stuff, but I am not sure he even really likes it anymore. Might have to opt for Spider-Man or something.
Everything is going a bit better now. At a new job, about to have my first real home, and my babies are healthy.......I can't complain. Although, I wish some things were in my life.....It could be so much worse. I am lucky to just have a job and roof over my head. I have started to read The Love Dare. I am actually taking notes and writing my thoughts down thoroughly. So far, it has already made an impact on me and my way of thinking. I highly recommend this book. I supplement this book with a book about promises the bible makes. I also practice affirmations. A good book/guide to read is You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay. All of these things combined has helped me tremendously. Oh, I forgot about 2 other books for the worry warts out there. Mastery of Your Panic and Anxiety and Mastery of Your Panic and Worry.....Not sure of the exact titles, but if any of you suffer from panic attacks and worrying as bad as I do, these books can really help.
More later...............
